Shifting Woods

Deep within an ancient, enchanted forest, nothing stays where it should. Paths twist, trees shift, and predators hunt unseen. In The Shifting Woods, every step you take changes the map around you — and the fate of everyone still wandering inside.

Players explore a dynamic 6×6 forest grid, placing arrow tiles to reveal clues to the magical Exit Tile hidden somewhere within. But the forest is alive: each move you make causes entire rows or columns to shift, turning familiar trails into new dangers. Roll the dice each turn to set the forest’s winds, place directional arrows, and advance lurking predators ever closer.

Choose your challenge:

• Face cautious wolves who hunt in packs,

• Silent bears drawn by honey tokens,

• Or the fearsome sabertooth lion, always on the hunt.

Take wounds and risk elimination, or outwit the beasts by staying one step ahead. Align four arrow tiles toward the same location to reveal the hidden Exit Tile, then race to escape before the forest shifts once more.

With solo play, unpredictable tile movement, and multiple levels of difficulty, no two games of The Shifting Woods are ever the same.
